INTERMISSION: Northern California

We returned home from our month-long road trip and missed nature so much that we needed to get out again! We took a mid-week camping trip to Mammoth, California and searched for a hike near us. It ended up being a slightly overly-adventurous hike, as we scaled scaled a very steep 2,000 foot side of a Lundy Canyon mountain. Needless to say though, we survived the hike and live to tell the tale!
